Following the theft of a massive dinosaur skull, the chief of the Chinese secret police makes the decision to hand the investigation over to the agency's most inept reject: a country butcher who spends all day standing around drinking martinis (shaken, not stirred). The young spy has to discover the skull and figure out what is going on despite the fact that he is armed to the teeth with ridiculously pointless equipment and is working with a contact who is always trying to kill him.
