Kyle (Markiss McFadden), an assassin sent on missions by God, is one of the many orphans fostered in an orphanage by Father Antonio (Paul Sorvino). For years, Father Antonio has convinced these youngsters that they are killing in God's name. Kyle was one of Father Antonio's most capable executioners. After planting a bomb in a small coffee shop in order to assassinate the proprietor, a young child named Matthew (Aiden Wind) and his mother enter the establishment only seconds before the explosion. Kyle made the decision to save both of them, but he was only able to save the little child. Kyle reluctantly accepts him and hides him for seven days. Kyle discovers a distinct side of himself that he didn't know existed during a complicated relationship. With all the fighting, bullets flying, and explosions, keeping Matthew safe is going to be more difficult than he anticipated. But with Kyle's lovely neighbor Tara (Mischa Barton) on his side, it might just be feasible.
