Ernest Goes to Jail
Bumbling When Ernest P. Worrell is called to jury duty, a shady lawyer recognizes a likeness between him and criminal leader Mr. Nash and organizes a switch. While Ernest is sentenced to the electric chair, Nash takes Ernest's work as a bank employee. Instead of killing him, the electrocution grants Ernest superhuman abilities, allowing him to flee jail and disrupt Nash's bank robbery attempt.
