Sarah was abused, broke, and down on her luck. When she moves into a new apartment, she gets a new chance at life. Sid is one of the new friends that Sarah makes when she moves into the new apartment (Jason Mewes). As time goes on, tenants start to go missing. When Sarah and Sid go looking for them, they find an evil that wants to take over not just their building, but the whole city as well. It starts to take over the bodies of the people who live in the tower, turning them into bloodthirsty zombies as they fight for their lives.
