Desert Coffee
Slab City is a "wild" town that can be found in the portion of the Sonoran desert that is located in California. It is located in close proximity to several military bases and is populated by people who have been forced to flee the American Dream. They were of varying ages and brought with them a variety of stories, but the one thing they had in common was that they had chosen freedom, even at the expense of the most fundamental conveniences. The only location in the neighborhood that has electricity is a makeshift Internet café that is maintained by Rob. He boasts that his coffee is "the best in the neighborhood."
