Defendor
They are the residents of a city's criminal underground, together with a corrupt police officer, a mafia leader, and the young girl they torture. It's a world that average Arthur Poppington doesn't understand or fit in, but one that he is determined to combat when he transforms into Defendor, a vigilante super-hero of his own creation. Defendor takes to the streets, armed only with his courage, in order to protect the innocent citizens of the city.
