Dead or Alive: Final
Homosexual mayor of post-apocalyptic Tokyo controls the inhabitants with an iron fist. Homosexuality is regulated by drug use among the population. There are two characters in this story: the hard-boiled officer Takeshi Honda and the mellow drifter Ryo who join a gang of rebels to carry out the mayor's plans. Takeshi's son is taken hostage by the gang, setting off a chain reaction that leads to a confrontation.
