Tony, the leader of the gang, and his team are able to successfully rob a huge diamond robbery, but Ling, a former police officer turned criminal, is aware of who has the loot and retaliates by kidnapping Tony's daughter and holding her for ransom. To add insult to injury, Tony has also misplaced the diamonds. In the midst of his frantic hunt for his daughter and the jewels, Tony teams up with a high-kicking federal agent who had previous experience working with Ling and now wants to exact revenge on him.
