Port City, North Carolina: A local vagabond discovers plans for an invasion of America during a normal camp out. When he contacts the local Sheriff to inform him of his discovery, the Sheriff denies his accusations and has him arrested for loitering. When the Sheriff witnesses strange interactions with other town residents, he begins to investigate the vagrants' claim of a sleeper cell residing among the town's residents. Following the exposure of evidence of a beheading, others begin to fear that the militants would strike their homeland, the United States of America. Concerns and tempers begin to flare.
