A menial theme park worker Sam fantasizes about Sue, his boyhood sweetheart. Sam organizes the most perfect night to propose to his one true love, believing that only a glittering ring can win him the girl of his dreams. Sam's plans are thrown into turmoil when super villain Oscar appears with his own wicked ring that threatens to destroy the city.
