Between Midnight and Dawn

Rocky and Dan, combat pals, are nighttime patrol car cops. Dan is a cynic who sees all lawbreakers as filth; Rocky is more forgiving. Both are drawn to communicator Kate Mallory's radio voice, but in person, Kate is hesitant to get connected with guys who could save her life. By coincidence, Rocky and Dan pose major problems for deadly racketeer Ritchie Garris; but, when he swears vengeance, Kate's concerns may be warranted.
