Battle for Sevastopol
A teenage student named Lyudmila Pavlichenko is forced into the army in 1941 as WWII breaks out. Women and men alike admire the maiden's uncanny ability to hit targets with pinpoint accuracy. The German High Command decides to kill Pavlichenko at all costs. Lyudmila, meanwhile, meets and falls for a handsome man. The war recedes... But soon Lyudmila suffers another setback, leaving her lover in critical condition and herself badly hurt. Extricated from combat, the girl makes a public appearance in America. Eleanor Roosevelt warmly welcomes Lyudmila to the White House. Soon Pavlichenko will be in front of a Chicago audience urging a second front. Will her words be able to stop a war?
