Alice's Adventures in Wonderland (Royal Opera House)

The full-length ballet by Christopher Wheeldon for the Royal Ballet at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden. For inspiration, the company turned to Lewis Carroll's classic tale of Alice and her incredible journey into the Rabbit Hole, which she fell down on a hot July afternoon. Joby Talbot composed the music, and Bob Crowley designed the visuals for the film. Actor Simon Russell-Beale plays the Duchess in a cameo appearance as Lauren Cuthbertson dances Alice.
