Earth has been invaded by hostile UFOs who are intent on destroying the world, and mankind must struggle to survive. Astronauts get onboard the mothership during the epic battle, where they uncover a passage to the aliens' home world, which they use to return home. In time, they are able to warn Earth before being horribly slaughtered. Earth is forced to send an elite military squad comprised of scientists and combat specialists through the portal in an attempt to stop the invasion from the inside out because there is no other option.
