In an abandoned warehouse six years ago, a criminal mastermind hid one ton of cocaine. Except for his vicious sidekick and his gorgeous but dangerous girlfriend, no one knows where the drugs are hidden. Ghost, a mysterious Jamaican criminal, decides to keep his stockpile hidden in prison rather than handing it over to the police or a rival gang. Bill Koruna plays the black box covert agent Cole, who kidnaps him, and he escapes with the assistance of an FBI agent (Angela Williams). Having been granted parole, Cole's sole objective is to obtain the cocaine, sell it, and then vanish. He's being constantly monitored by the DEA as well as the Russian mob, and everyone is eager to discover the location of the concealed cocaine stash.
