Ullaas is a shrewd businessman who will go to any length to make money. He cheats a priest one day and redirects an NRI match that was supposed to go to a known person in his village. He takes care of everything and eventually marries Laya. The plot twist occurs when Ullaas discovers that the NRI girl he married is an alcoholic. The remainder of the story focuses on Sunil's efforts to re-establish his relationship with his troubled wife.
